Everything needed to write about Riad Bio: factsheet, story, lineup, contact, and high-definition visuals. Prepared for Moroccan and international press covering food, wellness, and terroir.
Riad Bio Cooperative was founded in 2024 in Tanalt, Chtouka-Aït Baha province (Souss-Massa), with a simple conviction: Moroccan honey deserves better than supermarket shelves. The cooperative works directly with beekeepers from Souss and the Atlas, and with a neighboring women's cooperative for the culinary argan oil used in its amlou.
The principle: a deliberately short selection. Each honey — Sidr, Thyme, Daghmous, Eucalyptus, Orange Blossom, Mountain Herbs, multifloral — must earn its place by its origin, quality, and authenticity. Products are sold raw, non-pasteurized, in glass jars, under the 'Beldi' label that signals traditional Moroccan production.
The house also signs a 'Khalta Rubaiya' — an ancestral formula combining pollen, propolis, royal jelly, and euphorbia honey — and offers discovery boxes ranging from a two-amlou duo to an eight-jar VIP Plus.
